Ripoff mistreated and ripped off dishonest

We were pursuing our buddyis vehicle for their home in Fort Sheridan. Speedlimit was 25 miles. Both vehicles, our buddyis and our vehicle were heading at 23-24 miles. Law enforcement officer allow our buddyis vehicle move, but stopped people. He informed us we were heading at 40 kilometers.

He questioned as though we were pursuing another vehicle so when we established that people did, he explained that people should have been rushing attempting to catch-up. We informed law enforcement official that people weren't attempting to catch-up which we weren't rushing, but he insisted on his edition of the tale and offered us a solution.

I never had racing tickets before when I don't speed and that I don't deserve this solution today. My spouse was within the vehicle with me, she's my experience, my buddy within the vehicle we were pursuing is my witness also. After I named attorney to consult about that scenario she explained the officeris term is likely to be regarded over quarry and he didn't show-me the radar reading since he didn't need to.
It appears like law enforcement official may declare what-ever he wishes, but I'm thought to become responsible?

The attorney suggested to visit courtroom and provide the witnesses with me. Based on the attorney I'll need to spend her charge and every other costs the judge may choose which solution may continue my report regardless.
Our Allstate motor membership gives just $50 for that attorney, and so I will soon be responcible for that remaining atterney costs, any court fees and it also nevertheless may continue my report?!!! Please support!!

I want help solve this problem plus some convinsing to not reduce my assurance within the authorities that's there to safeguard us, not set us up for something which we didn't do.
