First NationalGrants, Aka First National Benefits ripoff con scam liars deceitful, unsolicited, falsely impersonating a government agency (allegedly) (allegedly) possibly Florida

I received a call around 7:00 pm last night from a young woman with what sounded to be a middle-eastern accent. She asked for my wife by name and when I told her she wasn't home, she began her schpiel with me: You are entitled to $12k in grant money, $29 fee to send package, $100, etc. It all matched these complaint complaints to a tee!

Immediately, she requested my checking account number and routing number to start the process. That was all I needed to hear. I then proceeded to act dumb, asking stupid questions like I was actually considering doing it. When I asked, she said they were in Florida and didn't have a call back number, all of a sudden she said to hold (no music, just background voices) and a man picked up the phone saying something to the extent of her being a new-person and how he can answer my questions.

He did give me the 800 number for me to call back on, and the website: http://www.firstnationalgrant.com/index.html full of dummy information. (False address, worthless numbersomebody needs to hack that site and warn people!)

He indicated they were in North Carolina, he was originally from the Philippines, and went into a long story about how he received a grant and so onI kept interrupting him by pretending to yell at my kids in my best Hicksville accent making him have to start over several times. He tried to gather little bits of information at a time like what bank do you use, my name, my kids ages, etc. Each time I gave him misleading information. (He would try to call my wife back the next day acting like he is well informed but she would know the scam-scum by the false info).

While he blathered on about whatever, I called the 800 number finding it to be after hours. I asked him if the 800 number was 24 hrs and he stated 9 -5 EST Mon-Fri just like the recording said.

Jody from Central Lake, Michigan is right. These sorry bags of feces are taking advantage of a lot of gullible folks out there and could very well be funding a terrorist group or something equally as sinister.

Get the word out to your friends and family. Lead them to this website or tell them to call you before they get taken for an expensive ride. Report this to your local authorities and your state Attorney General.
