Ripoff. Illegally Charged Credit Card

A Telemarketer supporting Crown Holidays of Florida illegally charged my credit card for $100 dollars in December. After calling their number a number of times and the manager indicating to me the money would be refunded on the next months credit card statement.

Finally, the last call to the company I received a answering machine stating the company had moved and was no longer in business. BBB of Florida could not do anything because the office was no longer there.
