Unsolicitated grant offe

The caller by-passed a no-solicitor recording on our phone. When I asked if he heard the message, he claimed he was with the federal goverment, and that I had been approved to recieve a $5,000 grant.

To my knowledge, the goverment doesn't call you offering free money. He claimed it never had to be paid back, but would need my bank info, so that transfer fees could be processed. I told him I wouldn't give my bank info out, even though he knew my name, address and phone number.
