It is surely bad enough having to be incarcerated and be "powerless" on a 24/7 basis. I have a Son who is incarcerated in a county jail for being in "violation of probation". A very common charge for a majority of people incarcerated...

A great many of these so-called "prisoners" are in jail for violations such as "dirty" Urine tests because of "false positives" caused by the inaccuracies of these tests.

It is bad enough that many have to sit in jail and suffer the humiliation and degradation of being incarcerated, not to mention the "cruel" treatment they receive from "mentally-dysfunctional" jailers who seem to enjoy this type of behavior that they "dish-out" to inmates as well as the visitors that come to visit their "loved ones".

I myself find it hard to understand this type of behavior that is administered to all inmates. (Especially inmates of "victim-less" crimes)

Where does the hardship end? Correctional Billing Services is no exception to the "cruelties". A Rip-Off with a capital "R". How do these people sleep at night? Charging families exorbitant amounts money to speak to a loved one for a maximum of 15 minutes at the cost of over $15.00

The shorter your connection time the higher your cost is. (MUCH HIGHER)"Got You By The Shorts", a definite "No Win" situation. A 1 minute call charged on my account was in the amount of $6.00. Very "Pricey" to say the least!

When the person incarcerated is released and you have a balance left on your "Calling Account" the only hope of recovering any of that amount is having your "loved one" or whoever re-incarcerated in Jail...

What a Rip! You will never get through to a real person if you call Correctional Billing Services & every time you have any transactions with CBS, they charge you a "Service Fee"..?? Of $8.00... What is this? Certainly a "Big-Rip-Off" using the Pain and Hardships of others to "Get Very Rich"... A Fleecing.
