Ripoff

This company charged my account on the first of april for 3.95 saying i would recieve a package in the mail of coupons for 200 dollars. I was very persistant at first saying i was not intrested, the telemarketer kept specifying that i was only going to be charged 3.95 for shipping of the package. ONLY 3.95 dollars.

I finally gave in and said ok, only if im only being charged 3.95 dollars. He said yes, he asked me for my next check number which was 102, and for other information. I gave it to him, he put me through a machine saying if you agreed basically to the same thing he was telling me, i stopped the machine over 15 times, to make sure i was hearing correct, and understood it well, i asked over and over if i was going to be charged more than 3.95 dollars he said NO! So i said ok and agreed to only be charged $3.95, when i checked my checking account i had a negative balanace of 152.00.
I was charged twice for 3.95 and for 119.00. I still didnt recieve a package and i called for cancelation, they didnt allow me to speak to a supervisor, advising me that nothing can be done, and the suervisior is busy. These people are frauds.

I am a college student i would never agree to have money taken out of my account that i cant even afford. Its outrageous and something has to be done! I am taking my copies of the checks they sent to my bank to have them investagated!
