Ripoff telemarketing ripoff scam

A representitive called my house, she said i Qualified for a credit card of 5000 dollars. She began saying there was a one time fee of 239.00 that would be deducted from my saving account.

I began telling her no thanks I didnt feel comfortable giving my banking information, she said"when I recieve the card I could make a cash advance and get the money back after I paid I would recieve a package, containing papers to sign and send in to get a card that I could withdraw up to 500 a day. A supervior came on the line pleading for me to get the card because christmas was coming and I'll need it.

They even said I"ll be penalized if the money was not in the account. They gave me a number to call them and a conformation number. After they took the money on 11,23, 01 no package was sent ever, and number was a sex line. I plan on even going to the police, they will not get away with my hard earned dollars or anyone elses anymore.
