Ripoff, scam, lied, NAME AND NUMBER FOR REFUND

When we opened the account they told us we could use the voucher on anything ont their web site. When we went to use the voucher we noticed on the web site that you can only use the voucher on non bargain bin items, which were nothing of value.

They told us when we opened the account that they report to all the major credit reporting agencies, but when we called the recording tells you they only report after three consecutive months of paying your account in full.

Their products are WAY over priced. A Dell printer that they were offering on their web site was $100 more than that on the Dell web site.

However, after going through supervisors on the phone and threatening to sue, we did get a refund of membership fees. We spoke with James at ext. 2052 @ 1-800-262-4192. He also gave us the name of the Vice President Kim Coddington to speak to if there were any further complaints.
