Officers Of The Company Failure to pay employee reimbursement for expenses Ripoff

I was employed by AlphaSource Procurement Systems as Director of Sales and Marketing from February through December.

The officers of the Company assured me that all business expenses and mileage on my personal vehicle would be reimbursed. The Company has yet to this date, reimburse me for my expenses that now total over six thousand dollars (not including the legal fees I've incurred trying to get my money).

I was forced to take them to court at the local magistrate level and won my case. Still they refused to pay. I then took it to the next level at the County Court House and won the decision of the judge there too. Still, AlphaSource refused to pay.

Finally, I took my case to arbitration and the three attorneys hearing my case ruled in my favor. But still, no repayment from AlphaSource.

My attorney has tried to settle with them but they refuse to repay me.

It has now been three years and my attorney was forced to file papers in court again for complete disclosure of all personal assets from the officers of the Company and disclose all assets of the Company itself.

They have yet to respond, all the while my legal bills continue to escalate.

To make matters worse I had originally invested a large sum of money in this start up company thinking it was a good investment only to find out they have not reported revenues in the four plus years they have been in business.

I would be extremely careful of doing business with these individuals if they ever come across your path.
