Inc. And Dave Defrancesco Waste of time, horrible company, no pay involved, do NOT waste your time interviewing, you will waste a day working for the company for FREE 9-5, and be LIED TO

To whom it may concern:

My goal in writing this is for people who are thinking about interviewing with this company, don't waste your time! I am a recent college graduate from a very prestigious university and was only looking for a good position in marketing. I came accross this company and it appeared to be a decent opportunity and at the least, an experience. Boy, it was SOME experience and a complete WASTE of time!!!

When I first pulled up to the building, I realized that the office is 1 room inside, so people, before you even bother, realize it's either a super small company with 1 person, an insane scam, and you become "santa's elfs", oh wait, I mean DAVE DEFRANCESCO'S ELFS! So, anyway, the first interview for me was held in this little room where I was lied to by this incompetant recent college grad who couldn't even explain the position to me. I was asked questions about myself but when I had questions, they went unanswered. Then I was told that the reason DAVE couldn't interview me was because he only meets people who are about to be hired.

So, they scheduled a 2nd interview for me because they said they liked my personality and that my resume was "fantastic." Anyway, for the 2nd interview, I was told to wear nice business clothes, like what I was wearing on my first interview (which was an expensive suit). My second interview was set from 9-5!! This was puzzling to me and I assumed that if they hire me, they'll probably pay me for my time or something but what on earth can any company want with you from 9-5?
Allow me to tell you& DeFrancesco Acquisitions wants to use interviewers to put in a FREE work day for the crappy "company."

So, I trucked around with an employee in the employees own car (because the company cannot even supply cars) they want you to run down your own vehicle, and we drove 2 hours away to solicite from door to door in small, crappy businesses like Delis and dress shops, asking them if they want to switch telephone companies. Then the worker would con the employee to switch companies so that Defrancesco could pay the employee, while the business is getting scammed!

So, after a whole day of killing myself, walking so much that my legs hurt and feet were numb, my suit was ruined because one should really wear JEANS on this kind of job but Defrancesco doesn't tell you that... I realize that I wasted an entire day of my life! I feel so bad for people who actually work for this company and what's up with that obese girl, Erin, who sits and works as Dave's secretary? She is so unprofessional and listens to loud obnoxious music at her desk... REAL professional.

Well, none the less, I was offered a position at this company and wouldn't take it if you paid me triple! The guy Dave finally met with me at 8 PM (when I was only suppose to be there until 5PM and when I came in the office, he was a YOUNG kid!!! The ugliest looking guy ever, this scrawny thing sitting at a desk and now I knew that I was used and scammed. He offered me a job and refused to discuss a salary with me or explain how money is made, never even mentioned benefits because THERE IS NONE! Needless to mention, I never got anything in writing from this so called "company" which is just 1 rented room, which 1 college certificate on the wall, which could have easily been printed on the internet. Anyway, this comany advertises on monster, hot jobs and all those internet searches. Do not waste your time! I plan to spread the word to more and I hear former employees are planning a law suit.

If you are a college graduate, you deserve better&don't get scammed and certainly don't waste your time with this!
