Mistreatment of employees, illegal acts ripoff

As an employee I have had her to cut my hours because I got sick and was not able to work my scheduled hours. Even though I brought her in a note from the doctor in our local emergency room saying I was not able to work. She has also done this to several other workers.
The place of business is a convenience store and we have been having a lot of trouble with people driving off without paying for gas and if this happens on your shift then she is trying to make the cashiers pay for the drive offs. And if you don't pay for them then she will cut the hours you work for at least one week if not more.

If you are a member of her family or one of her special group then you get to work the hours that you want to work. However, if your aren't even if you have a good record, accommodations for your work and have been on the job longer than her friends you don't get the hours you are supposed to work and are very likely to get your hours cut for any little thing.

She has her employees do things that are illegal and when someone questions her about these acts or tells her that they will not do them then they are told that they had better or their hours will be cut or they will be written off the schedule all together.

Also she will cash her cigarette coupons in for cash or to pay her store bill with or use enough coupons to pay for an entire carton of cigarettes. She also allows her sister and other members of her family and her assistant manager to do this as well.

If you go over her head to one of the owners, even for a legitimate reason she will cut our hours. And when you approach the management with the way she treats the employees they act like they could careless as long as their store is making money.

The store is a subsidiary of Isaacs Enterprises Inc. Owned by Jerry, Steve and Rod Isaacs located in Morristown Tennessee. They have convenience stores in Tennessee and North Carolina. I have a feeling that these practices must be going on in either some or all of their stores because they have to know what this manager is doing because she has been doing this for years.
