Product purchased on 2/25/05, using debit card. A family emergency occurred 2/25/05; Father in law had a severe heart attack. Moneywayz was phoned early on 2/26/05 since card info was not submitted to my bank. They were told my authorization was withdrawn and not to use the debit card. Checked with bank to confirm card was'nt used yet.

Monday 2/28/05 my card info was submitted anyway... Phoned them Tuesday 3/01/05; spoke with a manager by the name of Tim, ext. 226. Explained my situation, and was told he would reverse the transaction, not to worry and take care of my family. He seemed very nice and concerned... Yeah Right!

I was told that if their package was shipped to me, just refuse it. Well, never received their package, and on Friday 3/04/05 the 515.00 was taken from my bank. Removed from my account...

Phoned and spoke with Timmy (he doesnt like that name), and asked to have the transaction reversed as my wife and I needed to make a two hundred mile trip so she could be with her father.

His story and attitude changed, saying before my money would be returned I needed to send back their package, which I never received..

I reminded him of our earlier conversation, and again told him the money was needed for an emergency. That's when I was threatened; this was all my fault and that I was ten seconds away from him never refunding our money...

I reminded him that my debit card was used without my authorization. His response was "TOUGH, TO BAD", and hung up on me.

I phoned back once more, spoke with Al Klinger the sales rep. He was shocked at Timmy's attitude and said he would speak with him. I have'nt heard back, and my calls to them are not being accepted..

This company and it's representitives left us in DIRE STRAIGHTS, as we are both on FIXED INCOMES!

My wife's father passed away that same friday afternoon, and she was unable to be there by his side to say good bye, or i love you dad!!!
