Reservation Rewards
Ripoff Unauthorized credit card charges of $9.00 per month

I bought movie tickets at Fandango back in November and have been getting charged a total of $18.00 every month since then. These charges are listed as WLI*RESERVATIONREW and WLI*TRAVELVALUESPL (each for $9.00).

I finally tracked down the contact website and noticed that I had an account with them. I contacted Reservation Rewards and disputed the charges. After 10 minutes of yelling, they rep finally cancelled my account and said they would refund all charges. I was told that they don't normally do the refunds but they would in my case.

Shortly after the "conversation", I recieved to confirmation emails. I have posted them below.
(I replaced confirmation numbers with X's)

Email 1:

This notice confirms that your membership in Reservation Rewards has been canceled as of 02/24.

Your cancel confirmation number is: XXXXXXX.

We have issued a refund of your membership fee. This refund will appear as a credit to your account within the next 3-5 business days.

Please let us know if your request was resolved to your satisfaction. All responses submitted will go to our Customer Service Director for review because your feedback is important to us.

I should resieve a refund in 3-5 business days. (I can only hope).

'Reservation Rewards' and 'Travel Values Plus' are scamming individuals into purchasing a service. You won't know you "signed" up until you start recieving charges on your credit card.
