Reservations Reward Ripoff $12 per month from my bank account

We have issued a refund of your Membership fee. This refund will appear as a credit to your account within the next 3-5 business days.
For the past few months i kept seeing a $12 charge for Reservation Rewards on as a bank debit. Finally this month i noticed an 800 number which i called and lo and behold i got "Reservation Rewards".. A operator came on the line and i asked her what this charge was for. She said i had registered for Reservation Rewards thru Fandango. I said NO WAY. When i have purchased on line tickets in the past a big loud pop up appears and i always click it closed to stop the loudness. I have never filled out anything online for this... Well she immediately agreed to close the account and credit me the four months charges, she then put a "Supervisor on the phone to explain and he said that in order for them to charge me i had to fill out a request. I assured him i had not and he immediately offered to refund it as well... Bottom line if i had not discovered this recurring monthly charge they would have continued to rip me off. I am sure there are thousands of other fandango customers being ripped of as well. Please lets stop them. I have attached the email they sent me confirming the cancellation
