Outrageous SCAM ripoff have been billed on my credit card $24.95 for YEARS!

NUSKIN.com - aka - NUSKIN/PHRMX/BIGP/NTC, has been billing my Visa credit card $24.95 each month for years - and I have no idea as to what this company is, what it does, etc. I have e-mailed them, and gotten a response of "cold not find an account number with your name or e-mail address linked to it here, so call 1-800-487-1000 and we can try some further search criteria"!!!

WONDER WHY - possibly because they are committing FRAUD??? It even made matters worse when I scrolled down to the bottom of their e-mail, and it had "Status: Solved"!!!

Absolutely NOTHING was solved - I was even more confused than before I e-mailed them! Now, I have been billed AGAIN for the same "whatever" - AND also have a FINANCE charge on my bill because of it! I did not think that a credit card company could charge a finance charge on a transaction that was in dispute. Evidently, CHASE GOLD VISA thinks that THEY can get away with it.

How can they legally do ANY of this? I have no idea how many years that I have been charged for something that I never authorized, and I am STILL being charged for it, along with a finance charge.

I am just accepting AMERICAN EXPRESS in my business from now on!
