They scammed my disabled mom ripoff

My mom had this happen back on the 14th of last January. A guy by the name of Salis O'brian #0465 called and gave my mom the same B.S. Story about being granted an $8,000 grant and all she had to do was give him her information and he would charge $257.00 to her account. And then in a couple of weeks they would put the money back in her account. He kept calling a couple of times and finally she just agreed. She can't work and is very low income. So the next day she called her bank to cancel and they stated that the company had already taken the money out of her account.

To top it off, they took the money out a second time. She is in the hole almost $600 within a matter of a week. She called her bank and told them what had happened and they stated that there was nothing that they could do. I don't know what's going on but this is bull.
