Fairfield Resorts
Ripoff Orlando Florida

Miscellaneous

Unfortantly we got swept up with all the "great vacations" we could have jargon.

We bought into the program on false promises and information. We are not "owners" where they promised, we can't get squat with the measly points we paid an outragous amount for (but for a few "thousand" more dollars we can upgrade and get what we want!) There is never anything "available" We pay huge maintance fees, there isn't anyone who can help you when you need something, for some reason no one can direct you to the department that cancels policies. They say you can't cancel it. We have offered to pay the total due and give back the deed so we don't have to pay maintance fees.

Fees are about 2000.00 a year - that's quite a vacation we can take and pick where we want to go, when and how.
If you know anyone thinking about going to listen to the speel - tell them not to. They promise you a lot but don't come through with it... in fact the 5 star hotel they promise to put you in will be your worse nightmare of a roach motel!

I know you can't sue a company because you made a bad choice... But can there be a class action lawsuit against a company that a lot of people made "bad choices" but the bad choices were made under "false pretenses and promises"?
