Salesman Promised Buy-Back, Now Refusing to Pay $1000 Maintenance Fees

We bought in 2005. All same promises were made verbally of course. We were assured by the salesman 100% that if we wanted to sell they would buy it back of course as it was such a wonderful purchase they could easily sell it again. They said we would likely even make a profit. What a crock of shit scuse me but am so peed off. We bought 16000 points for about $18000 and have tried pinnacle to resell but to no avail. Our maintenance fees this year are 1000 which we are refusing to pay. We have written and told them we have given them our points back. Cant see anything in contract that says we cant do that!!! They still write though highlighting contract details so we have written back stating contract null and void as we were sold under false pretences and that they can take us to court ha ha ha. Dont give in ti them. It wouldnt surprise me if they go bankrupt and it will be their own fault. We have used our unit twice and the hol was good but never again. We only went to make some use of the fact that we had spent so much on them during purchase. Some poor sods were actually taking out a mortgage to buy... How sad is that for them. Please keep in touch and let us know how things proceed ok. Another promise we were given was that as we live in guernsey and have the extra expense of flights to uk prior to further travel that we would benefit grately on a passion of doing a cruise. They said we coulf go for prob less than half price using our points, this was another lie as when using points this way we only saved approx 200 and had to pay huge maintenence fee to be able to get this small discount.
