Ripoff, un-delivered goods, no feedback, eternal wait, out of $100 Geneva

Hi,
I have ordered from havecigs.com, then havecigs. Ch after they changed their address for over a year without problem. I was used to order 3 to 4 cartons by order.in November 30th to take advantage of a special discount I ordered 7 cartons.

I have got 2 cartons delivered in Dec 22nd 04, then nothing.

The cusotmer service told me to be patient, it could take up to 30 days. I sent another follow-up 7 days ago and did not get an answer this time around.
I went to their web site and it is down.

I came accross another consumer complaints about this company.
I am going to request a charge back.

Be very carefull with this. I have got another advertisement lately about a company with almost the same name and a. Ch domain as well. This could be the same guys, just moving away with your money.
I also noticed something about a new regulation. Another site cigs. Ch says they no longer ship to the USA.
It may not be a scam or rip-off after all however I am out of $100 and i will have to request a charge back.
