I had been doing business with havecigs.com for over a year no problems. Placed an order with new owner havecigs. Ch on 11234. Called on 12274 was asked if I would give it a couple more days then there would be no problem to refund my money. Called again on 165 was told refund on it's way should be recieved by 1235
called today 1265 office temporarily closed. Out 60.00 dollars.
