BiG Rip Off! Scam - tried to refund me only half my money! No sign visible that said no refunds!

Like the people before me i got rangled into this the same way with them handing lotion and grabbing my hand and shining up a nail. I thought this stuff is pretty good ill buy one, well i ended up with 5 of there nail kits. It went something like this, u buy this one i give u another one half price. Another buy another one i give u another one free, i dunno exactly know how it happened but i walked away with 5 of them (christmas) well it all came to 133.00 and i walked away feeling pretty bad, so i went back for a refund of my money, only to be told they dont do refunds but i could exchange my purchase for something else. I never seen no sign posted that said NO Refunds and i let her know that, then she walks to the cash register and pulls out a tiny sign, i expected it to be the no refund sign but i was just a sign with the company name on it. Guess they didnt think i could read! I told her i was going to file a report with the mall's customer service and then she got on the phone with her manager who told her to give me a refund, but she never rescanned my credit card to recredit what i had spent i asked her about it and she said my info was already in the computer, thought this was a bit shady. Well she hand me a refund recipt and i look at it and she only refuned me 80 dollars of the 133 i had spent, at least thats what this recipt said i asked her about this and she said it was her mistake that she had recredited someone else money. So she goes to her puter and this computer isent letting her get back into "my info" or whatever. She got back on the phone with the "manager" and the manger tried to fix it. The entire time this girl who sold me the stuff is hassling me about why i am refunding it. Im not sure if i got my money back or not yet but i highly dout it. I tried to get my recipt back but the girl would not give it too me just kept saying i didnt need it i told her i did need it and that they had the orignal copy so why couldent i have my copy. Well i never got my recipt back. This company is a scam they never rescanned my credit card to credit my money back. They have it stored in there computer what she said and that is against the law to store peoples credit card info. They can charger your credit card at anytime thats why they are suppose to rescan the card for a refund. This is the worst place i have ever done any sorta buisiness with in my life.

Watch out for this company they fast talkers and will have u buying something u dont need in a matter of a min. And they dont let you know they dont do refunds till you have already payed. Pretty sure thats against the law too. They are suppose to have a sign stating this fully visable.
