Inc. Ripoff! Failure to credit my account back for the $99.00 purchase I returned., New Jersey

On December 11th I received a Finally Free Hair Removal kit. I tried it out and found it not to be satisfactory. I packed the item up took it to the Post Office and returned it on February 3rd. I called the company dozens of times only to get a recording saying someone would call me back. I also sent numerous emails to them and the automatic response was that someone would be in touch with me.

I went to the Post Office last week and tracked my return. They informed me that they attempted to deliver the package and that it was sitting undelivered, in the Watchung, NJ Post Office waiting for someone to pick it up. They have been notified by the Post Office that the package is there, and no one will accept it.

These people need to be exposed. I am a Senior Citizen and I do not have money to play around with. They are still televising their wonderful product and expect you to believe what they say. Please help me resolve this problem.
