There is no tech. Support whatsoever provided for this tax prep/e-file web site. They claim to offer on line advice at 4.95 a pop (conveniently charged to your credit card) then then proceed to hee-haw around (there so called techs are half-wits) cut you off, then refuse to let you back into the chat forum. But you can get back in for another 4.95!!! This site comes recommended by the irs!
