Quicken / Intuit Useless, overpriced, error filled online tax filing program. Charged my credit card for more than I authorized.internet

TurboTax is a piece of crap. Their calculations are wrong, the service (or lack of) they offer is severly overpriced.

Also, they can apparently charge your credit card for more than what they say the filing costs are, without even filing your forms!!!

Abosultely no customer service unless you pay more money and 800 # always says 'call back during business hours" I wonder what those are anyway? Never?

Do yourself a favor and avoid this company like the plague & go to a real tax person.
