Sewer Line Broken, Claim Denied Though Rep Admitted Fault

Pgw broke the sewer line and lied from the first call. They denied the claim even though the rep who came out admitted Pgw was at fault; I called them. Anne.Mitchell@pgworks.com denied the claim before receiving the report, and after receiving it Ms. Lamb denied it again. They lied about their affiliation with my plumber. They were very aggressive, told me to sue them, and would not even listen to the construction engineer who found Pgw at fault. They hung up on me. Pgw also violated Act 287. If they had marked the sewer line as required by law, maybe this would not have happened.

The plumbers who did estimates also confirmed Pgw was at fault. They also jackhammered next to my car, causing damage. The sewer backed up.
