pgw damages sewer line violated act 287

Pgw broke sewer line and lied from the first call denied claim rep that came out admitted pgw was at fault called them Anne. Mitchell@pgworks.com denied claim before receiving report and after receiving ms lamb denied. Lied about affiliation with my plumber. Very aggressive told me to sue them would not even listen to construction engineer that found pgw at fault. Hung up on me. If they had sewer line marked as required by law maybe this would not have happened. Plumbers that did estimates also confirmed they were at fault also jackhammered next to my car causing damage sewer backed up.
