Cost Cutters doesn't even live up to their own standards. This location is the worst.

My fiance came home in tears today because of the horrible service she received. Before the hairstylist even asked her what she wanted she started cutting. This "professional" also didn't know the difference between 2cm and 2 inches. Given the fact she had already cut off 2 inches from my fiance's hair. I will never recommend this place to anyone. I'd recommend them coming to me, instead of this place, to get their hair cut and I don't have a day's worth of experience.
