Horrible haircut - haircut

This was the absolute worst hair cut I have ever had. My daughter and I had our hair trimmed. They ripped through our hair, did not listen to what I wanted at all, did completely what she (the hairstylist) wanted. I only wanted a trim and ended up with hair up to my ears. She was constantly running all over and then coming back to my hair. Shut cost cutters down. I will tell everyone how horrible they are and not to go there!!!
