Weekly Food Orders Come Without an Itemized Invoice to Check

I have taken a membership in the Jenny Craig weight loss program. Here one has to buy weekly food from them. When I place the order they tell me the total amount to pay but do not provide an itemized invoice for me to check, and do not provide details, as if they have something to hide and may be overcharging customers. One gets the feeling of dealing with a fraudulent company. When their computer can calculate the amount payable, why can't it be printed for the customer to verify that it is right and correct?
