On Nov 6th we had an ice storm come threw n Powderly Tx... And on Nov 5th I call All state insurance company and explained 2 my Aggent. Tat we were having an ice storm and tat I needed 2 take out full coverage on my car... N insurance on my mobil home. N doing tat she stated tat I had an outstanding balance due and it would have 2 b paid b4 they could add covarages... I stated thu $ is n thu bank take it out. And she said ok... Well needless say I didn't hear back from her so I contacted 1800 # and spoke to sum1 there n explained wat I was calling about. And she looked n2 my file and stated tat the covarages has not been added... I said well thu woman I spoke with said she would get thu coverage on then... And she did well All state is dismissing my clain due 2 I didn't have coverage and I did... So now here I am with out an car my mobile home is damaged... But notice i will not give up...
