Never sign up! You cannot cancel it

I signed up for one month and wanted to cancel after that but email after email just stays unanswered
I have to pay a monthly debit order that goes of religiously but they never reply to get my account cancelled
I tried to stop it at the bank but they have fine print in there that do not allow you to do it!!!
