Unauthorized billing

Well i was searching the internet one night and i ran across this website that was for diet pills called pom clear it said it was 1.95 i believe for the 14 day trial so i am like okay sounds promising. The product said it would help you lose weight yada yada yada so i order it and i finally get my order a few weeks later. I read the fine print that came with my order and it said it was a 14 day trial and that after the 14 day trial was over they would charge my bank account 39.95. And with each new product it would be 39.95 plus 4.95 for a total of 44.90 now i am not a rich person and i can not afford this so i decided i would cancel my account and i told them i wanted to continue the 14 day trail but after it was over i wanted my account canceled.

Well needless to say i got an email back from them saying a bunch of garbage about they would give me 20 percent off and this and that well i am like no i am not buying into this so i didn't reply to the email cause it said if i still wanted to cancel my account not to reply to the email cause it was the conformation of the cancellation. So i am thinking everything is fine and i go to check my bank account today and i find that a 39.95 has been taken out i am freaking cause i didn't know where it came from needless to say i realized it was from this company they went ahead and charged me the 39.95 even though i said i wanted to cancel my account.

Now i am out of that money and i don't know what i should do from here i haven't tried the number but i am afraid to after what i have heard from people that has tried calling the number. So if anyone has any advice for me then let me know what i should do. I haven't had to deal with stuff like this before so i have no idea!!!
