They actually stole money out of my bank account and won't pay it back

Sonicpayday claims I borrowed $500.00 from them on the 15th of Oct. I didn't. They withdrew $558.00 out of my bank account on Dec 30 without my knowledge.
This put me in overdraft with my bank. I have proved to them I didn't request nor receive $500.00 on the 15th of Oct by calls/statements from my bank etc. All to no avail. From their mistake or thievery they owe me now $746.00 with all the bank charges that were charged me because of all this. I've been calling them for two weeks now, and nothing. Looks like I will have to sue to get anything out of them.
