Sonic ripoff, regardless of Katrina interference Austin Texas

Like many sonic customers already reported, sonic treats people like animals. My loan payment to sonic was delayed because of hurricaine katrina. One deposit to a bank account being delayed, causes a domino effect. When Hurricaine Katrina knocked out power in Jackson Ms, there was no way to control these things. (An act of God, sonic does not recognize. I have been told I will have to pay an additional 58.00 overdraft fee to sonic because they could not collect my payment. Power out, deposits going to bank delayed, bank returns items, charges od charges, so does sonic. Sonic rep states (my bank) charged them 29.00 for each item returned. My bank claims they did not. So, I am sending what I owe them and looking for a lawyer to help. If sonic had substained the damage, what then, if customers could not send money to damaged areas? Would they charge a late fee because they could not collect on loans because weather damage knocked out business for them?
