Poor Customer Service - Rude, Immature and Unprofessional! Shell - Waynesville MO

Poor, Unprofessional Customer Service on the night shift! These 2 girls working at night are the rudest and the most unprofessional I have ever came across. I have had more bad encounters (at least 4) with one girl. She has mocked me and other customers in the store at the same time. So RUDE! She voices her opinions out loud (none positive) when all she should be doing is ringing up prices, be courteous and smiling. I am a director and hire staff as well. From what I've had to deal with with these two on numerous occasions is insulting. I would rather drive 10 extra miles round trip to BP to purchase gas than drive the 1 mile from my home! Until this problem is addressed by management/ownership these two who run the store at night will continue drive customers away! I have lived here 30 years and I have never seen anyone so blatantly rude as these ladies. I will be sending this complaint higher up as well.
— Day shift employees are wonderful! The way a store should be ran.
