E careful ordering 'free' samples of Acaia or Bromalite - you automatically get enrolled in fit-fac.com for a "free" trial. They claim they send an email (proabably ended up in the SPAM folder - who checks that anyway?) and when you fail to respond to the email, you agree to be charged the subscription fee ($29.95). After threatening to report them to the Better Business Bureau, i was finally able to get the charge reversed. The way to do this is to go to the website and do the live chat. They tried to get me to call back during business hours, but because of how upset i was about the charge, they 'managed' to find a customer service rep after hours. She tried to get me to use the service for the month (since i already paid for it). I was forceful in my objections and finally received a confirmation number for the reversal of the charge.
