Well, this is very disappointing. I asked someone to ask the manufacturer directly to avoid this problem. I really don't know why I was told I would absolutely get this product if it wasn't confirmed. I wasn't sure the website was updated, so I asked someone to check with manufacture directly. Clearly, it wasn't done. That's really not good customer service. It would have been better if someone checked and made absolute sure what they were saying would be accurate instead of just going by the website. Sears should really update the website. I cant believe this happened.
