Bad transaction

A payment for my clear wireless service was made at this location, wrong information was given towards my account and the seller accepted a payment of $50.
I waited until the next day to find that my internet service has not been activated. I a mediately head back to the location to rectify My situation, the store clerk response was that somebody else account was paid and cannot do nothing about my account.
When my information was given the store clerk did not verify with me my account information like name address so on and so forth
the information that was given To my account was a user name for my clear wireless service, I've also verified with clear and was told no transaction has been made.
Today January the 6 I've learned that I am out of $50. The employees at this location have made no attempt to rectify my situation and show no interest and helping me
