Fraud! Work Out Broke. - Work Out World Gym

I have been with Work Out World since February so I am glad my year is almost up and I will be cancelling and never renewing my contract ever again with this gym. I can just imagine the terrors coming up when I have to cancel.
First of all, they tell you that you can sign up for 2 free bootcamp classes and you have to cancel before the end of the month if you don't want the bootcamp on there anymore, Dave at the help desk said that he could take the bootcamp right off for me so I would not have to be charged the 20-something dollars extra for it. Well, he lied. I came in to cancel the bootcamp at the end of the month and there was nothing they could do for me. They told me that I would have to go on their website, which by the way, does not work half of the time. I went on the website, thinking it would be easy and I still have not found a way to cancel the boot camp and its January! I filled out endless support tickets, and I am at a dead end. Secondly, during my year, they overdrawn 305.00 from my account, refused to give me a refund for the money and told me that they would just deduct it monthly for my membership. I have bills!!! I cant just let them keep my money just for the sole purpose of the gym instead of giving 50/month. They decided to withhold MY money from me. Thirdly, I signed up for personal training, I am not even convinced that all these people have their licenses. This gym is a hoax. It would be nice to be able to call an actual number and talk to an actual person instead of having to file a "support ticket" online that never gets resolved. Ever. I am very dissatisfied, don't be fooled by this gym. It has been a terrible experience.
