Stale Cheese Nips found in newly opened 12 oz box

I purchased a box of 12 oz Cheddar Cheese Nips from a Food Lion grocery store (best-used-by date 3/21, brand seal #04400001555). When I opened the box, the Cheese Nips were stale. Since I had already opened the box, I could not take it back and get my money back. I am very upset and would like a replacement box of fresh Cheddar Cheese Nips. If this is not part of your customer guarantee, I can definitely start eating Cheez-Its, at least they are fresh.
