Cheese Nips box soft and double the normal size - Cheese Nips

Good Morning - I purchased a box of cheese nips yesterday and when I opened up the box I was shocked. Some of the crackers were normal, majority was double in size or a group of misfits were stuck together. They were also soft to the the touch. I want to inform you of this as you may receive multiple other complaints.
