Spoiled frozen chicken wings

I purchased two bags of Winter Creek Farms chicken wings from Save-a-lot grocery store. Got them home thawed on bag out to cook and noticed once the chicken had a spoiled smell slightly. Because the scent was not strong I cooked the chicken anyway. After it had cooked, the chicken also tasted spoiled. I can't believe that companies are allowed to sell unhealthy food to consumers. Secondly, the chicken look like it was baby chicks that had been slaughtered and then their parts were cut any kind of way also. There was broken bone fragment in pieces of meat. Thank god I don't have little children they could have been choked. Something need to be done about this.
