Pay Day Loan Scam

I applied for a payday loan and which was deposit into my account on 11/8. I was told once I wanted to cancel the loan there would be a $79.00 fee which has been debited from my account twice on 11/22 and 12/6 and attempted on 12/23. I have tried for 3 weeks to contact the company at the phone number provide by company at application time 877-746-4005 however I have not been able to get anyone and I have left several messages. Each time I call I'm put on hold for about 15 minutes then sent to voicemail. I have yet to receive a return call or speak with anyone to attempt to close loan out and pay in full.
