Paid for product never received

I paid for 4 hours recording time with joker eNt. The engineer refused to give me my session of recording unless I paid him more money. After frustration, I agreed to pay more money in which I never owed. The engineer made me a custom beat. He refused to give me custom beat until the final payment for beat (we arranged for contract of ownership which he never produced, so I did) after contrCt was delivered. The deal was ownership of produced beat that I helped him make and paid for production hours, after I made contract, he added he now wanted 50% of my earnings and publishing rights which was NOT the initial arrangement. If it were, I would've demanded beat be made SOLEY by him to at least show contribution to my sales earnings. Kevon (engineer) during debate about the situation, demeaned me as a woman trying to follow throug on my project. He knew I had a major deadline as well as it was Christmas holiday. Not only fix he disrespect me as a woman (as if we have no business trying to conduct business) but he also took my $160 payment and refused to give me my recording session excluding beat. Wgich I rightfully owned. He changed his scheduling rules which are stated on his website and fixed them to make me owe more money on too of agreed payment to did his needs. Chridtmas was the day before and raising children as a single mother, I can't afford to take this loss as well as the risk of him copying my lyrics, hook, creativity, etc. I saved to make this investment and now I'm out of money, time, and my project has now not met the deadline he was well aware of.
