I would like to report Terri Willings as a Dead Beat Mother. After 1 year of our seperation, Terri willing gave me custody of our children so that she could "Get her life back together". Almost 1 1/2 years later, she is over $2000 in arrears. As of today, 12/30/04, the last time Terri sent money for her 3 children was a $80 payment in Oct. Terri shows no regard for her children's well being and is a Dead Beat Mother!
