I allowed my daughter to purchase something for her boyfriend from this site for Christmas on Dec 3 it is now Dec 12. We are still waiting for it to process and ship. She received an email stating my credit card was a gift card and was unaccepted but yet they took the money off of it and just so they know its not a gift card. I contacted them at customer service who informed me it should be there in 3 days everything was fine that was a week ago and we are still waiting... Should I go ahead and let my daughter get her boyfriend something else from a different company or do we wait? I do alot of shopping online id hate to have to give my business and let others in my circle know how this company is...
