I signed up for a free 30 day trial with promises of mb speeds for $70/ month, with a credit card on file. After the installer came out and insulted all the wires in my office, I logged on to find speeds ranging from 150kbs to at most 500kbs. Nothing close to the "gen3" speeds promised. Customer service told me they would send a technician to adjust my dish. On the 29th day of my "free trial" I called to cancel (tech never showed up). My credit card was charged $157 at which time I called to dispute the charges. After a lengthy conversation with cutomer service i was finally able to speak with a superviser. He informed me that because the bill was generated before I called them (on the 29th day) there would be NO refund. Biggest rip-off
