Michael had called numerous calls. When I answered, he was very rude on the phone. He had made some offensive comments. I asked for copies of the paperwork to be sent to me, to make sure I knew what I was going to be paying. I didn't want to send money blindly - I wanted to make sure it was going to what it was supposed to. He refused to send me any paperwork, or a copy of the payment arrangement.
