Owning a kw was always my dreamn

My first truck kw t stopped to sleep woke up truck wouldn't start. Had it towed to inland ken worth in albequrque, new mexico. I had it towed on Thursday November 14. I was told they would get it in that next morning. I called the next day. They lied to me and what im sure will be an easy fixaround 2 pm. I was told it was on the computer they would have an answer within 1.5 hours tops. I called back around 6 pm the service manager said my trucks still out side it was never on the computer. Ok so I calm down call back Saturday morning, still setting in same spot. (mind you this is my first load with new company I leased on with) and just just drove truck off lot Saturday nov. 8th 2013. Here it is sunday night my truck still hasn't been touched and Other big name companies have come and gone while I set here about ready to lose my load and all respect for the name kenworth. Im sure it could have been an easy fix and I could of been on my way the very next day. I held such high reguard for kenworth, that i wanted my first truck to be one, this inland kw dealer has made me start to think my next truck will be with some one who cares about us little people.
