Gift Card Won't Come

Gifts.com said a week ago that they would send me my dicks sporting goods card that I got by redeeming my valid gifts.com code. The confirmation email said it would arive in UNDER two days, it didn't.gifts.com now won't respond to my questions, and I need this now for someones birthday.
