For the 3rd month in a row, remaining texts in my "month" have disappeared a few days before new ones were due to arrive. Ass. Wireless has done nothing about it.

My third cell phone (Kyocera; the only one Ass. Wireless provides) has developed screen and battery problems, like the first two, and this time Ass. Wireless won't do anything about it (a supervisor last month told me I had my phone long enough that they would replace it if the problems continued; this month a different supervisor told me I had the phone too long, so I would have to buy a new phone).
